Sara Danielsson

Sara Danielsson is a graphic designer and multidisciplinary artist from Portland, Oregon currently based out of Malmö, Sweden. Her practice encompasses the mediums of visual identity, editorial design, animation and illustration. Combining digital and analogue processes using texture, movement, and experimentation, she produces work that feels contemporary and exciting while retaining a tactile, humanistic quality.

“Nausea” album illustration and logotype

For his debut album, indie folk-rock musician Sam Milton wanted understated and natural album art. I provided a hand-drawn illustration using colored pencil and dry pastel based off a photo of him. This ended up being the insert art for the album’s physical CD releases. I also created a hand-drawn logotype for the album’s title, “Nausea”.
